What is Tacity?
Tacity lets every customer-facing person practise the real conversation with the real people, in their company’s situation, before it happens. It builds a twin of each person who decides, keeps it current from your CRM, email, meetings and the news, and helps you prepare, practise, test what you send and debrief after the meeting.
What is a twin?
A simulation of one person, such as a customer’s CFO, built only from evidence: what they said in meetings, wrote in email, and what their company is going through. It always sits inside its company’s situation, updates as new evidence arrives, and cites the source behind every point.
Do I need customer data to start?
No. General twins of your market and made-up clients work from day one. Connect your CRM, email and meetings when you’re ready, and twins of your real customers follow.

Customer success, account management and sales teams, the founders and revenue leaders who run them, and the trainers who onboard new hires.
How does practice work?
Pick the person and the meeting, and set what you want to achieve. Then talk to their twin, by voice by default, or present your deck and see their reaction slide by slide. You get feedback at the moments that mattered and a drill for next time.
How does Tacity help new hires?
New hires practise on made-up clients built to your ideal customer, then on general twins of your market, then take a certification call with the twin of their first real account. A founder or trainer signs off before they meet the real customer.
How is Tacity different from Gong?
They work together. Gong analyses the call that already happened. Tacity prepares you for the next one, and can read your Gong calls as one of its sources.
How realistic are the twins?
Each twin is built from evidence, and every point shows where it came from, with their words and Tacity’s reading labelled apart. Tacity checks its predictions against what actually happened and shows you its record. Odds are shown as bands until real outcomes have checked them, and every simulation is labelled.
Are the faces in Tacity real?
Only when someone on your team confirms a real photo, which is then labelled a simulated twin. Otherwise Tacity shows an AI-generated image that says it isn’t the person. Tacity never redraws a real face.
