Security and trust
What Tacity reads, what it keeps, who on your team sees what, and the rules it follows about people’s faces and words.
What Tacity reads
Only the sources your workspace connects or uploads. Every signal Tacity builds from them keeps its source, so anyone can check where a line came from.
- CRMSalesforce and HubSpot.
- MeetingsNotetakers such as Fireflies, Fathom and Granola. Or upload notes and transcripts yourself. Gong and Zoom are coming soon.
- Calendar and emailGoogle Workspace. Microsoft 365 is coming soon.
- Usage and ticketsExports and uploads you provide.
- Outside the companyPress releases, filings and monitored public news about your accounts.
What it keeps
- Call recordingsPractice calls and real meetings are kept for 30 days, then the audio is deleted.
- Transcripts and scoresKept after the audio is deleted, so progress over time stays visible.
- TwinsBuilt from evidence and updated as new evidence arrives. Practice and studies never change facts.
Who sees what
Everyone is told before every practice call that founders and trainers can review it.
Everything in the workspace, including the team view.
Practice calls, scores, onboarding and checks. Real-meeting scores and coaching notes, never recordings of real customer meetings, pipeline values or account pages.
Their own accounts, calls, scores and notes.
Faces
- No scrapingTacity doesn’t collect photos from LinkedIn or search results.
- Real photosOnly when someone on your team adds one, or confirms a suggestion. It is labelled a simulated twin, and the face is never redrawn.
- AI imagesMade from a person’s title and their company’s industry, never from a photo of them, and labelled as not their photo.
Nothing goes out without you
Tacity drafts briefs, follow-ups and check-ins. A person approves what reaches a customer. Money, terms and promises always wait for a person.
Erasure
Erasing a person or an account removes their photo, any suggestion, and the record of where it came from.
The people twins are about
A twin is a simulation built from the evidence your workspace connects. It is not the person, and its readings can be wrong, so they are always labelled as Tacity’s reading, apart from what the person actually said.
- Your data, your callYour workspace decides which sources a twin is built from, and can erase a person at any time.
- For preparing conversationsTwins help your team prepare. They are never used to make decisions about the person, such as hiring, credit or eligibility.
- Who is responsibleYour company controls the personal data in its workspace; Tacity processes it on your behalf under a data processing agreement.
- If someone asksIf a person asks whether they are modelled, write to hello@simulatte.io and we’ll help your workspace answer and erase them.
