Who we are
Tacity is made by Simulatte. The website is run by Simulatte Inc. Write to hello@simulatte.io about anything in this notice.
What we collect
- The demo formYour name, work email, company, role, team size and anything you write in the message box.
- Booking a timeCalendly handles bookings, so their privacy policy applies to what you enter there.
- Emails to usWhat you send to hello@simulatte.io.
- Your visitNo advertising trackers, no analytics and no cookies. If we add a way to count visits, it will be cookie-free and won’t identify you, and we’ll say so here.
Why we use it
To reply to your request, arrange a walkthrough and follow up about Tacity. We don’t sell your details or add you to unrelated mailing lists.
We rely on your consent when you tick the box on the form, and on our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.

How long we keep it
Demo requests for up to 24 months, unless you become a customer or ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
Ask us at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to stop emailing you. Write to hello@simulatte.io. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
