Tacity and Gong: before the call and after it
Gong is a conversation intelligence tool: it records and analyses calls that already happened. Tacity prepares you for the next one, by building twins of the people you’re about to meet and letting you rehearse the conversation. They fit together: what Gong captures can become evidence for Tacity’s twins.

How they work together
Calls recorded in a conversation tool are among the best evidence for a twin, because they hold the person’s own words. Tacity reads transcripts from Fireflies, Fathom and Granola today, and any transcript you upload. A Gong connector is coming soon.
